Out-of-Network Services
Coventry’s Out-of-Network program is a value-added service in addition to standard bill review services performed by Coventry. Bills are referred to FairPAY Solutions (“FairPAY”) or VIANT Health Payment Solutions (“VIANT”) after all Bill Review and Network reviews are performed and are based on edits specific to the bill type and the State jurisdiction. The edits are driven on the state regulations that allow a review to a database for repricing or for professional Negotiation. These reviews are for both Fee Schedule and Non-Fee Schedule states.
