Coventry Connect®

Coventry Connect is a client portal that provides a web-based interface allowing clients to access Coventry's bill review, pharmacy benefit management, DME, utilization review, telephonic case management, field case management and IME products.

Coventry Online Reporting Engine (CORE)

CORE is a reporting tool that allows users to access Bill Review data utilizing preprogrammed dynamic report templates. Each report template is customizable through a series of predefined prompts, optional field selections, and various output choices. 

ClaimSight

By accessing the ClaimSight Web platform, claim professionals can:

  • Initiate referrals online
  • Review and track the status of individual referrals
  • Download secure and encrypted final evaluative reports
     

Access Coventry Accelerated Productivity Suite (APS)


With Coventry's Accelerated Productivity Suite, you can:

  • - Review and approve bills
  • - Talk with Case Managers
  • - Create electronic referrals for Telephonic Case Management, Field Case Management and more
