The Coventry Provider Portal offers features specific to both workers’ comp and auto. Information is delivered directly into the providers office through the portal to ensure timely updates to office personnel. The portal allows providers to:
Register for access to the portal
- Search for bill repricing information and/or access EOR
- Search for claim numbers using claimant information
- Access the Coventry Auto and Workers’ Comp Network Client List specific to a provider
- Access reference materials for specific states and networks, as well as pertinent industry news
- Manage user access at the provider or provider group level
