As Case Management Week comes to a close, we want to recognize all of our Coventry Case Managers for their dedication and commitment to helping injured workers return to work, to play, to life. We are proud of the expertise, integrity and care for injured workers that they display each and every day. Today we’re posting a special message from a few of our Case Managers who share the keys to building trusting relationships with injured workers, adjusters, and providers. They discuss the importance of focusing on the whole person and communicating clearly with all parties to build successful, lasting relationships.
