Steve Laudermilch
Steve Laudermilch is executive vice president and general manager of Mitchell’s Casualty Solutions Group (CSG). In this role, Laudermilch guides the strategy and business operations of Mitchell’s cutting-edge team and capabilities. CSG develops and delivers claims technology, analytics and workflow solutions for the auto casualty and workers’ compensation markets, while helping restore the lives of injured drivers and employees.
Christina Klemm, Pharm.D., BCACP
Christina graduated with her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Arizona in 2010 and became board certified in ambulatory care in 2015. She has 5 years’ experience in workers compensation focusing on clinical programs and formulary management. Prior experience includes inpatient psychiatric rehabilitation and community-based health clinics.
Spencer Sherman, Pharm.D.
Spencer is a clinical pharmacist for Mitchell Pharmacy Solutions (PS). In his role, he serves in a client facing capacity as part of the Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) team and is responsible for supporting and partnering with insurers, third party administrators and direct employers in developing and operationalizing strategic pharmacy initiatives for their clinical programs. Prior to joining Mitchell Pharmacy Solutions, Spencer worked as staff pharmacist for a large retail pharmacy chain.
Randy McKinney
Randy McKinney is senior vice president of IME and Specialty Services, where his duties include overseeing Genex’s nationwide independent medical exam programs for workers’ compensation, auto and disability payers, as well as specialty services.
McKinney joined Genex in 1996 and has broad industry experience earned through his increasing responsibilities. His strong competencies exhibited as area sales manager, regional account executive, and regional manager serve as an excellent foundation.
Cameron Hannum, Pharm.D.
Cameron is a senior clinical pharmacist for Mitchell Pharmacy Solutions (PS). In his role, he serves in a client facing capacity as part of the Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) team and is responsible for supporting and partnering with insurers, third party administrators and direct employers in developing and operationalizing strategic pharmacy initiatives for their clinical programs. Cameron has large retail chain pharmacy experience, and he has worked the past 6+ years within the workers comp PBM industry.
Lisa Robinson
As a Senior Regulatory Affairs Specialist for Mitchell Casualty Solutions, Lisa Robinson brings over two decades of experience in regulatory and accreditation environments, health care quality and clinical decision software tools. Lisa is Registered Nurse, Certified Case Manager and holds a Masters in Health Informatics and a Doctorate of Education in Healthcare. Dr.
Addie Thomas
Addie Thomas is a Senior Regulatory and Government Affairs specialist for Mitchell Pharmacy Solutions, an Enlyte company. Ms. Thomas holds an MPA and specializes in healthcare policies. She joined Mitchell in 2018 with a background in contract lobbying, marketing, and public relations. In addition to her work for Enlyte, she advocates for underrepresented groups to her state’s legislature and was recently appointed to Enlyte’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Advisory Leadership Council, where she leads the education and awareness committees. Ms.
