Executive Biographies

Art Lynch

President and Chief Executive Officer

Art Lynch joined Coventry in 1993 and has held various leadership positions within account management and sales during his tenure with the company. Prior to Coventry, Art led sales and operations for Ebtek, Inc., a firm based in Oak Brook, Illinois, specializing in providing human resources and insurance expertise to small businesses. Before that, he was an Account Executive for Arthur J. Gallagher & Co., where he was responsible for new business production, as well as service for existing clients.

Christopher Atkinson

Chief Financial Officer

Christopher Atkinson joined Coventry in 2002 serving as Director of Finance and was later named CFO of Coventry Workers' Compensation Services, Inc. He began his his career with KPMG in Nashville, Tennessee in the Tax and Assurance Services departments and also worked for PhyCor in Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate Finance. 

Jen Aube

Vice President, Field Case Management Operations

Jen Aube is responsible for Coventry’s Field Case Management program.  She has twenty-eight years as a Rehabilitation Professional working with a wide variety of populations in both workers’ comp and short and long term disability. Her background in operations, quality assurance, training and sales allows her to not only meet current product service level requirements, but also the delivery of new offerings to customers in a changing marketplace.


Michele Avila

Vice President, DMEplus

Michele Avila is responsible for Coventry’s DMEplus program.  DMEplus is designed to support client efforts to manage the utilization and cost of durable medical equipment, ancillary services, home health, hospital discharge needs and more. She has 33 years of experience in both workers’ comp and managed care including roles in operations, product development, sales, and account management.

Laurie Dickson

Vice President, Information Technology

Laurie Dickson is our Vice President of Information Technology, responsible for the Workers’ Compensation Application Development teams and suite of systems that include bill review, pharmacy, DME, clinical, EDI, and front-end processes. Ms. Dickson joined the company in 1990 as a software engineer and brings over 25 years of information technology experience in the healthcare arena.

Kate Farley-Agee

Vice President, Network Products

Kate Farley-Agee oversees Coventry's national broad-based provider network and state-certified managed care organizations across the country. She also leads Coventry’s Network Quality Management and Improvement department, Network Paneling and Reporting, and Network Performance groups. Kate has over 20 years’ experience in the health care industry with an emphasis in network development and leadership. 

Mark Farrell

Senior Vice President, Sales and Account Management

Mark Farrell is responsible for overseeing Coventry’s sales and account management efforts. He is accountable for setting the sales and retention strategies that lead to continued growth and profitability. Mark has held a myriad of sales and leadership positions in the healthcare and workers’ compensation industries during the last 25 years. Prior to joining Coventry he was the President of Intracorp where he was responsible for the growth and profitability of the business and eading a team of 900 colleagues nationally.

Mike Lemrick

Vice President, Operations

Mike Lemrick has more than 18 years in the workers' compensation industry, and currently manages pharmacy, utilization review and bill review operations for Coventry.  Mike's experience spans operations, product and systems development, and account management. Prior to Coventry, Mike led operations and sales management positions, and was a member of the senior management team with a national work comp third -party administrator and a multi-national company both domestically and internationally.

Anne Levins

Vice President, Product Development

Anne Levins is responsible for overseeing Coventry’s product development and information strategy efforts. She is accountable for setting strategic direction and driving business growth through an integrated clinical solution to the workers’ compensation market, including employers, third party administrators, and insurance carriers. Anne began her career with Intracorp in provider recruitment and account management. Since that time her role has evolved into a number of analytic and information strategy leadership positions and ultimately into her most recent role leading product development for Coventry.

Mary Possi

Vice President, Nurse Triage & Telephonic Case Management

Mary is responsible for overseeing the Telephonic Management Operations located on site with customers and remotely throughout the U.S. She manages compliance with all customer specifications, URAC, and jurisdictional requirements. Mary works closely with customers to develop and customize workflows to meet their individual goals and objectives. She brings over 30 years of experience in operations – both field and telephonic case management, product development and product management.

Barb Robinette

Vice President, Marketing & Communications

Barb Robinette is responsible for overseeing Coventry’s marketing and communication efforts. Barb is a strategic marketing leader with over 25 years of experience leading high-growth initiatives in B2B health care and workers' compensation managed care. She has responsibility for overall marketing practices, positioning, multi-channel advertising, social engagement and digital and traditional marketing initiatives.  

Barb Sciro

Vice President, Network Contracting

Barb Sciro is responsible for Coventry Auto and Workers' Compensation network management and direct network contracting. She has over 40 years of experience in claims, customer service, training, medical, and Property & Casualty contracting. Barb and her team are responsible for contracting with large national providers, hospitals, physicians, in addition to all aspects of provider service, account management support, culture improvement, and overall business strategy.

Judy Webb-Fisher

Vice President, Data Analytics

Judy Webb-Fisher has been with Coventry since 2008. She is responsible for enterprise-level analytical support for legal, product, finance, sales, and the client. Judy led the strategic initiative to develop and deliver a workers’ compensation data warehouse which stores and aggregates all service level and transactional data and provides access to state-of-the-art business intelligence tools for internal users. Prior to joining Coventry, Judy was the Director of Cost Management services for CNA Insurance. and held multiple positions with the prior CIGNA/ESIS Inc.
