Executive Biographies

Art Lynch

President and Chief Executive Officer

Art Lynch joined Coventry in 1993 and has held various positions within the organization during his tenure.  He is currently serving as President and CEO, a position he has held since 2014.  Prior to his current role he held various senior management positions responsible for sales, account management, product development, and provider networks.  Art has also been involved with 7 workers' compensation and auto business acquisitions.  He has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Columbia University.

Christopher Atkinson

Chief Financial Officer

Christopher Atkinson joined Coventry in 2002 serving as Director of Finance and was later named CFO of Coventry Workers' Compensation Services, Inc. He began his career with KPMG in Nashville, Tennessee in the Tax and Assurance Services departments and also worked for PhyCor in Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate Finance. 

Jen Aube

Vice President, Case Management

Jen Aube is responsible for Coventry’s Case Management program.  She has twenty-eight years as a Rehabilitation Professional working with a wide variety of populations in both workers’ comp and short and long term disability. Her background in operations, quality assurance, training and sales allows her to not only meet current product service level requirements, but also the delivery of new offerings to customers in a changing marketplace.

 

Laurie Dickson

Vice President, Information Technology

Laurie Dickson is our Vice President of Information Technology, responsible for the Workers’ Compensation Application Development teams and suite of systems that include bill review, pharmacy, DME, clinical, EDI, and front-end processes. Ms. Dickson joined the company in 1990 as a software engineer and brings over 25 years of information technology experience in the healthcare arena.

Kate Farley-Agee

Vice President, Network Products

Kate Farley-Agee oversees Coventry's national broad-based provider network and state-certified managed care organizations across the country. She also leads Coventry’s Network Quality Management and Improvement department, Network Paneling and Reporting, and Network Performance groups. Kate has over 20 years’ experience in the health care industry with an emphasis in network development and leadership. 

Jill Harris

Vice President, Network Operations

Jill Harris is responsible for Coventry Auto and Workers Compensation provider network management, provider dispute resolution and direct network contracting. She has 27 years of experience in network management, contract negotiation, credentialing, training, acquisition management, and project and team leadership. Jill and her team are responsible for contracting with facilities, professional and ancillary providers in support of our clients.

Anne Levins

Vice President, Product Strategy & Analytics

Anne Levins is responsible for overseeing Coventry’s product development and information strategy efforts. She is accountable for setting strategic direction and driving business growth through an integrated clinical solution to the workers’ compensation market, including employers, third party administrators, and insurance carriers. Anne began her career with Intracorp in provider recruitment and account management. Since that time her role has evolved into a number of analytic and information strategy leadership positions and ultimately into her most recent role leading product development for Coventry.

Barb Robinette

Vice President, Marketing & Communications

Barb Robinette is responsible for overseeing Coventry’s marketing and communication efforts. Barb is a strategic marketing leader with over 25 years of experience leading high-growth initiatives in B2B health care and workers' compensation managed care. She has responsibility for overall marketing practices, positioning, multi-channel advertising, social engagement and digital and traditional marketing initiatives.  

Elvis Vielma

Senior Vice President, Sales & Account Management

Elvis Vielma is responsible for Coventry’s Sales and Account Management teams.  He has over 15 years experience in Workers' Compensation and Managed Care and has held various roles within Information Technology, Operations and most recently Account Management supporting some of Coventry's largest clients.  He is accountable for establishing Coventry’s sales strategy and driving growth through an understanding of client needs, industry trends, and internal capabilities.
